IMQ Prevenci\u00f3n erakundeak emakumeen eta gizonen arteko aukera- eta tratu-berdintasunarekin duen konpromisoa, halaber, erakundearen balio etikoaren kategoriara igo da.<\/p>\n<p>IMQ Prebentzioaren estrategiak pertsonan oinarritutako kudeaketa-sistema integral bati erantzuten dio, kulturarekin bat datorrena eta erakundearen estrategia orokorrean erabat integratua dagoena, gure funtsezko balioetako bat den aldetik. Horregatik, 2021aren erdialdean &#8220;<strong>Emakunderen Erakunde Laguntzailearen<\/strong>&#8221; ziurtagiria lortu genuen.<\/p>\n<p>IMQ Prebentzioan emakumeen eta gizonen arteko berdintasunaren printzipioa onartzen dugu gure jarduera garatzen den eremu guztietan eta bakoitzean, gure erakundearen gizarte-erantzukizunaren esparruan, eta gure erakundean benetako berdintasuna lortzeko neurri egokiak sustatzen ditugu. Horregatik, <strong>enpatia eta errespetua<\/strong> praktikan jartzen ditugu.<\/p>\n<p>IMQ Prebentzioak <strong>gizonen eta emakumeen arteko berdintasunerako II. Plana<\/strong> du, IMQ Prebentzioak emakumeen eta gizonen arteko aukera-berdintasunarekin duen konpromisoari erantzuten diona. Konpromiso horrek adierazten du ez dagoela inolako oztoporik, pertsonaren sexuan oinarrituta, emakumeen eta gizonen parte-hartze ekonomikoa, politikoa eta soziala eragozten duenik, ez eta emakumeen eta gizonen arteko tratu-berdintasunean ere, sexuagatiko zuzeneko edo zeharkako diskriminaziorik ezari dagokionez.<\/p>\n<p>IMQ Prebentzioak <strong>Gatazka-, Laneko Jazarpen-, Sexu-jazarpen- eta Sexu- edo Genero-arrazoiengatiko Jazarpen-egoeretan Jarduteko Protokoloa eta Laneko Indarkeria<\/strong> ere badu, eta horren helburua da gatazka-, indarkeria- eta\/edo jazarpen-egoerei aurrea hartzea eta aurre egitea. Gure protokoloa pertsonen arteko berdintasuna eta errespetua mantentzeko diseinatuta dago, bai erakundearen barruan, bai kanpoan. Mezu elektroniko bat dago (<a href=\"mailto:igualdad@imqprevencion.es\">igualdad@imqprevencion.es<\/a>), gure erakundeko pertsonek eragin ditzaketen gatazka-, indarkeria- edo jazarpen-egoerak jakinarazteko IMQ Prevenci\u00f3n elkartekoak ez diren beste pertsona batzuei.
